Mash well and keep aside.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/05_boil_jaggery.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4424\" src=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/05_boil_jaggery.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Boil jaggery water with a teaspoon of ghee on medium heat. Take a cup of water, add a teaspoon of jaggery syrup to it. Add cashew nuts and raisins fried in a teaspoon of ghee. Add cardamom powder .
