We have given a very detailed step wise procedure with photos to help you get it right the first time. Our recipe below uses very less sugar compared to the regular recipes who use double the sugar . This is a best way to make old people and small children eat almonds and pistas that are very healthy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients-1\/2 Cup almonds, 1\/2 Cup pistas (remove shell) , five pods cardamom, 1\/2 Cup sugar<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5053\" src=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Soak almonds for 30 minutes, remove the skin, pat them dry and powder in a mixie jar. Heat and keep stirring till sugar dissolves and forms one string consistency<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/06.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5058\" src=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Add the almond-pista powder to the sugar syrup<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/07.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5059\" src=\"https:\/\/sssbalvikas.in\/Healthy_Food_for_Healthy_Body\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mix well for 5 minutes for the powder to absorb sugar syrup.
