[1]India has been blessed with many saints and sages and with many manifestations of Divinity in Human Form. Swami has said that India (Bharat) is a Punyabhumi, a sacred land. India is the engine in the “spiritual train of the world” and all other countries are like carriages attached to it. In this land, saints, sages and spiritual aspirants pray to God and enjoy his proximity. In response to these prayers, God incarnates on this sacred land and bestows his grace and blessings. Every saint and devotee had their own unique path of devotion and love towards god.

The teacher can narrate the stories of these saints in class and possibly give an example of how to practise a path of devotion in a small way in our own lives.
