The Tree
The Tree
Children! Close your eyes and say “Hu” and “Ha”. Repeat this three times. Now you are fresh. Imagine that you are in a garden. Look at the beautiful flowers and the lovely butterflies around you. There is so much greenery all around. Come! Let us sit under this huge tree for some time.
Look at the big and thick roots of this strong tree. These roots feed the tree with water and minerals. Look at the branches, full of leaves, flowers and fruits. The tree is giving us shade from the hot sun. Birds have built nests in the branches and are chirping happily. The green leaves of the tree are dancing in the wind. Look at the fruits which have fallen from the tree. Birds and squirrels are eating them heartily. The tree is very strong and very humble. Let us hug this tree who is our best friend.
We should develop the quality of “love” by seeing the trees. The trees are cut to make things like paper and pencils. As students, the best way to protect our earth is by consuming the right amount of paper and pencils and not to waste anything. We send our love to all the trees, all the living beings and to the entire world.
Now, let us all come back to our class, sit in our places and slowly open our eyes.
Tree gives Fruit to Birds, Animals and People to Eat. Be like the trees, selflessly serve everyone.
Activity:
