അർത്ഥം
കാമം, ക്രോധം, ലോഭം, മോഹം എന്നിവ ത്യജിച്ചു സ്വയം ഞാൻ ആരാണെന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കു. “ഞാൻ ആരാണ്?” എന്ന് സ്വയം ചോദിക്കുക. ആത്മ ജ്ഞാനം ഇല്ലാത്ത മൂഢന്മാർ നരകത്തിൽ ബദ്ധരായി യാതന അനുഭവിക്കും.
