New Years have been celebrated with great enthusiasm at Prasanthi Nilayam. This does not specifically mean the English New year, but also others like Tamil New Year, Vishu and Chinese New Year. Swami has said that the New Year is always a holy day and a fresh start for further spiritual endeavours. We must make take a vow on the New Year to dedicate all of our actions to God. We must develop love for God which will confer upon us immense blessings. God’s name must be the lamp that helps us pass safely through life.
