Chanting this mantra with single-pointed focus can help us be aware of the consciousness that pervades every being in this universe. It is also said to have other health benefits with respect to our breath and heart.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba has spoken about \u2018AUM\u2019 on numerous occasions. There is even guidance from Swami as to how to chant the mantra and how many times to chant it too. It must be chanted slowly and with deliberation for 21 times. The students can be taught the right way to chant the mantra.
