Dry Fruit Laddoo
Dry fruits laddu is a quick and easy recipe. This tasty sweet made without sugar.This is very healthy especially for growing girls.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp of ghee and fry dates until it becomes soft. Then one by one, fry almonds, Walnuts, cashews separately. Leave it to cool.
Grind dates separately, and other nuts separately so that it breaks into tiny pieces.
Now add the ground dates to to the broken nuts.
Add 1 teaspoon of melted ghee and make balls.
Cook Time: 20 mins
Making Time: 10 mins
Yields: 10 ladoos
Ingredients:
- Dates (seedless) – 15 no’s
- Cashews – 15 no’s
- Almonds – 20 no’s
- Walnuts – 15 no’s
- Ghee – 2 spoons
Method:
- In a pan, heat 1 tsp of ghee and fry dates until it becomes soft.
- Then one by one, fry almonds, Walnuts, cashews separately.
- Grind dates separately, and other nuts separately so that it breaks into tiny pieces.
- Now add the grinded nuts to the dates.
- Heat 2 tsp of ghee and add to the mixture.
- Roll into small balls.
VARIATIONS: In this you can adjust the quantity of dates depending on the sweet requirements. Also jaggery can be added along with dates.
