How to Play:
- The Guru invites 4 children in front of the class.
- She asks the rest of the class to come one by one near the 4 children and try to disturb them, only through actions/mimicry. They are not supposed to utter any words.
- During that process the 4 children should be looking straight at the child who is trying to tempt them. They should not laugh or even smile while they are being disturbed but remain serious.
- Whoever is unable to control himself and breaks the silence, is out of the game.
- The child who is able to control himself till the end is the winner.
- Once the 4 children are out, then the second set of 4 children replace them.
- Rest of the children come to them one by one and the activity continues in the same manner till time permits.
Tips to gurus:
- She should impress upon the children, the importance of keeping calm by not reacting to provocative situations. This will help prevent the situation from taking a worse turn. (Eg. road rage, peer group quarrels etc.)
