Materials Required:

• 3 Flash cards bearing green, yellow and red colours (depicting traffic lights)

How to play?

1. Children stand in a row at the back leaving enough room for movement.
2. The Guru explains the rules of the game.
3. When she shows them the green flashcard they are to start walking fast in front.
   • Red card – stop
   • Yellow card – walk at slow pace.
4. The destination is earmarked by the guru.
5. Once the children are ready, she shows the cards alternately – sometimes slow and sometimes fast, just to make it challenging.
6. Faltering children are declared out of the game.
7. Those who are able to reach the destination without committing any mistakes are the winners.
