How to play
- The children are made to stand in a row.
- The Guru announces that the game is about obeying commands.
- She explains that they should obey only those commands that are preceded by the word ‘god/mother/father/guru/teacher – says’.
- Guru : God says – “shake hands”
- Mother says -“smile” Such commands should be obeyed.
- On the other hand if the command is just, ‘sit down’ children will keep standing without obeying.
Tips to Gurus:
- Commands issued should be fostering values in children.
- No negative commands should be given.
