Sense of Touch – Stone (Hard)
Sit straight Breath in and Breath out!
My dear children!
Touch it! feel the stone! Now slowly close your eyes.
You are comfortably seated in your home. Suddenly you hear a jarring sound of a machine running sound nearby. You peep out through your window and see many people are working in the hot sun. Road is being laid. With a feeling of excitement you go on to the streets and see what is happening. Big stones are laid down as the first step. Pick up one stone! Feel! It is too hard to touch!
The stones are used for various things. The stone is cut into different shapes, carved, polished to make beautiful statues, crushed and used for construction and many more. Even the most precious stone, the diamond also undergoes cutting, smoothening and polishing. Remember, when it is passed through so many hardships, beautiful final product emerges.
Just like a stone is hard, so is life, as it passes through the hardships life makes a beautiful final product. Your hardships are to study well, serve parents and society. When you behave well and keep away from bad company you stand like a glowing diamond stone.
Be hard and sturdy like the stone, Be useful to the society: “Love all Serve all”. Now slowly open your eyes.
1. What are the uses of a stone?
2. How can you be useful to the family?
