The body is the temple and God is the indweller. We should treat it with utmost respect and give it all the care it needs. Efforts must be taken to keep the body free of diseases. When the house (the body) is safe, the resident will be peaceful and comfortable. To enable this, clean food, water, environment, and thoughts are necessary. (2002 Summer Showers)

If we maintain good health, we will feel better about ourselves. Otherwise, it will lead to an imbalanced lifestyle. Good health maintains the body’s equilibrium and gives the ability to pursue higher goals in life. The body is a well-coordinated machine and we must always remember that it is a precious gift that must be used well.
