TAT PRANAMAMI SADASHIVA LINGAM – ACTIVITY (GROUP I)

Objective:

Reinforcing the importance of Likhita Japam.

Related Values:

Devotion, concentration, contemplation, silence, determination, sense of inner joy

Materials Required:

1. A4 size drawing sheet
2. Black Pen
3. Pencil
4. Eraser
5. Colours

Procedure:

The guru asks the children –

1. to draw the outline of a Shivalinga on the drawing sheet.
2. to write SHIVA or HARI inside the Lingam and fill it entirely with the chosen Nama, in an orderly way (as shown in pic 2 below)
3. to keep chanting the Nama throughout the activity. At the end of it, the children are sure to experience a sense of inner joy!!!
