This is a bhajan in praise of Lord Krishna, referring to His many names. He is Govinda, Vitthala, Venu Gopala and Panduranga.

GOVINDA	Name of Krishna which means ‘The one who has attained Lordship over the cows’
KRISHNA	Means ‘He who attracts’ (root word ‘krish’ as in aakarshana ,which means ‘the power to attract’); Krishna means the one who attracts the whole Universe
VITTHALE	Here ‘Vittha’ refers to a ‘brick’. So it refers to Lord Vitthala who is standing on a brick
VENUGOPALA	Venu – flute; Gopala – A name of Lord Krishna which again means ‘He who tends the cows’.As a boy Krishna tended the cows in the fields of Brindavan. As the eternal Lord he protects guides and fosters the ‘jeevis’ all beings
RANGA	Epithet of Lord Vishnu Short form of Panduranga Ranga means one who gives love to all equally
