Quiz
Brain rackers can be simple one liners, complex questions with multiple choices for an answer, or information hidden in puzzles. It is a test of the brain – the capacity of the child to focus, memorise, recollect, and compete in a healthy manner. When children take part in a quiz competition in teams, they learn to co-ordinate, take quick decisions, and bear responsibility for their answers.
While written tests were conducted by Bhagawan at the end of summer course sessions, even during the day-long programmes, there would be quiz contests on some days. This is a playful way to help children learn facts, even if they are just part of the audience.
