Sound – Hands Clap-ta
Sound – Hands Clap
My dear children!
Hands up and down. Breathe in and out. Clap your hands; slowly; fast; now twist them; hold your hands and pray. Now keep your hands in chinmudra. Close your eyes.
God has gifted us two wonderful hands to pray and work for him. How do we pray? Not just by folding alone but also by respecting our parents, by taking care of the nature; by helping others and by doing our own work.
How do we work for Him? When we do all our work with happiness it is dedicated to the lord. It’s said that ‘doing one’s karma is Dharma’. “Hands that work are holier than lips that pray”, says our Lord.
With the sound of Sai, with the claps to Sai let us use our hands to reach Him and please Him. Gently open your eyes and hands to the world.
Questions:
- Hands that serve are holier than lips. Explain?
- What help you have offered to others.
