Ingredients
- Jaggery - 500 gm
- coconuts- 3 (grated)
- ghee- 2 tablespoons
- cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Method
- Take 500gm jaggery in a pan...add half glass water..switch on the stove
- Let the jaggery melt and start boiling
- Add grated coconut of 3 coconuts
- Mix well..Add 2 tbsp ghee...cook on low flame for 15 minutes till the raw flavour of coconut goes away.
- Add 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Mix well ..switch off the stove..let it cool..make laddoos
- store in a container . You can have these for 10 days on the table..no need refrigeration
