HEALTH DRINK

Health drink is very easy to prepare and less time consuming if we keep all the ingredients ready.  This drink is a great energy booster.

Ingredients

In a blender, add dates and run to powder it.

Then add oats powder and nuts powder and blend it again.

Now add cold milk and blend it again.

Serve chilled.

Yields: 2 Glasses

Ingredients

  • Dates - 5 numbers
  • Oats powder - 2 tbl spoon
  • Nuts powder - 1 tbl spoon (Cashew nut , Almonds and pistas)
  • Cold milk - 2 glasses

Method

  1. In a blender, add dates and run to powder it.
  2. Then add oats powder and nuts powder and blend it again.
  3. Now add cold milk and blend it again.
  4. Serve chilled.
  5. VARIATIONS : Instead of adding oats powder Sai Protein powder can be added.
