BABY POTATO FRY

Baby potato fry is very simple and tasty fry which everyone in the family will love it. It goes well with roti, poori and rice.

In a pressure cooker, cook the baby potatoes for 2 whistles

Grind the onions In a mixer.

In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients , and baby potatoes and mix well.

In a pan , heat 1 tsp of oil,add the potato mixture.

Add potatoes.

Cook covered on a low flame for 30 minutes.

Keep mixing in-between every 5 minutes.

Then remove the cover and fry for another 10 minutes.

Baby potato fry is ready. Serve with roti, rice or poori.

Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes - 500 grams
  • Onions - 4 No's
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tablespoon

Method

  9. SAATHWIC :When made without onions and garlic.
