HOME MADE CURD

Curd is an indispensible ingredient. It is very tasty, nutritious and easily digestible. A small bowl of plain curd is a very good cooling addition to any meal. It is a very good habit to have plain curd or any dish made with curd with every meal.

Rinse the milk pot and add the milk.

Bring the milk to boil.

Transfer the milk into a container.

When the milk is warm (about 46 degree C/ 115 f. Add one table spoon of  curd and mix well.

Leave it in  a warm place for 5 to 8 hours. Check if it s set well after 5 hours and if thick and firm, refrigerate
