Ingredients

  • Raw Papaya slightly orange colour
  • Grated coconut- 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon urad dal
  • 3 red chillies, few curry leaves
  • 5 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Method

  1. Remove the skin of papaya and grate like carrot
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and season mustard, garlic, chillies, cumin, urad dal and curry leaves
  3. Add the grated papaya, salt and cook covered on low flame for 15 min
  4. Garnish with grated coconut and switch off the stove.. healthy sidedish ready
