SAI PROTIEN MIX

Swami by His immense benevolence has showered on us this wonderful divine recipe. Children and adults can have this mix with milk and start their day. This powder mix can be made and stored for about 2 months. Swami says that 2 teaspoons of this with one glass of warm milk, in the morning and evening is very good for growing children. SAI PROTIEN MIX

Prep Time: 10 Mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Makes: 1 Kilogram

Ingredients

  • Wheat - 1 cup
  • Ragi - 1 cup
  • Green Grams - 1 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts - 1/2 cup
  • White Sesame Seeds - 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery - 1 cup
  • Cardamom - 5
  • Ginger Powder - 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Wash, drain and dry well the Wheat, Ragi and Green Garm separately.
  2. Place a heavy-bottomed pan over moderate heat, roast the peanuts till slightly brown, remove from heat and discard the peel. Set aside the peeled peanuts.
  3. Place the heavy-bottomed pan over heat again and roast the Wheat, Ragi and Green gram one at a time until they are all roasted well and evenly. Set aside.
  4. Roast the White Sesame seeds also similarly. Allow all the roasted ingredients to cool.
  5. Blend all the roasted ingredients, jaggery, cardamom and ginger powder to a fine powder. Sieve and store in an airtight container.

    Sai protein is Very ideal for morning drink which works as supplementary diet food and generates required calories and rich vitamins also. Taking twice a day morning and evening shall maintain good health.
    Cost wise also this is very cheaper and we ourself prepare in lively hygenic way.
