CHRISTMAS COOKIES

A cookie is a baked or cooked food that is small, flat and sweet. It usually contains flour, sugar and some type of oil or fat. It may include other ingredients such as raisins, oats, chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Ingredients required

Utensils needed.

Mix the brown sugar,white sugar and salt in a bowl and mix.

Add the oil into the bowl and mix well.

Add the milk and mix it well such that the sugar dissolves.

Add the vanilla essence to the mix

In a separate bowl,mix the flour and the baking soda. Sieve the mixture of flour and baking powder so that it become fine and porous.

Add the dry mix to the wet mix and mix well.

Take the chocolate bar and cut it unevenly using a knife. Be free with the amount of chocolate you add. More the chocolate,more delicious your cookies will be.

Take a little flour and mix the cut chocolate pieces in it.This will ensure that when you put the batter in the oven,the chocolate will not melt.

Add the chocolate pieces in the batter and mix it well.

Take a piece of cling and put the batter in it and wrap it well. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.

Flatten the batter as cookies and place them on the baking tray

Pre heat the oven to 180′ for 10 minutes. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until done. Check the cookie with a fork that the batter does not stick to the fork .
