Ingredients
- Baby corn -1 cup
- Besan- 1/2 cup,
- Corn flour- 1 tablespoon
- Maida - 1 tablespoon
- Chilli powder- 2 teaspoons
- Salt
- Garlic ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- Cut babycorn lengthwise into 4 pieces
- In a bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, maida, salt, chilli powder,pepper powder, garlic ginger paste .
- Add little water and make thick batter.
- Dip the sliced corn pieces and deep fry
- Baby corn fry ready..
