BREAD PIZZA

Bread pizza is a quick, easy and tasty bread snack. The bread base mimics the pizza base with veggie toppings. Let us see how to make this easy and interesting bread pizza on tawa.

Finely Chop the onion and capsicums

Get Ready with the above ingredients.

In a pan, spread 1/2 tsp butter and place the bread slice. Remove the bread slice when it gets slightly toasted on one side.

On the toasted side, spread tomato sauce and chilli sauce. And spread the cut onion and capsicum pieces.

Cover the veggies with grated mozerella cheese, place the bread slice on tava with raw side on the pan, Close the lid on tava and cook for a minute on very low flame till cheese melts.

Remove the bread slice from tava. Repeat the process for all bread slices.

Hot and crispy bread pizza ready . Serve plain or with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices- 4
  • Onion-1 medium
  • Capsicum- red, yellow, green
  • Butter - tsp
  • Tomato sauce or puree - 4 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Mozerella cheese grated - 8 tbsp

Method

  4. Similarly toast other bread slices also on one side.
  5. On the toasted side, spread tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
  6. Spread the cut onion and capsicum pieces.
  7. Cover the veggies with grated mozerella cheese.
  8. Place the bread slice on tava with raw side on the pan.
  9. Close the lid on tava and cook for a minute on very low flame till cheese melts.
  10. Hot and crispy bread pizza ready . Serve plain or with tomato ketchup.
