Heat oil in a pan and Fry Aniseed
Add green Chillies and curry Leaves and fry
Add Onion and add salt and fry
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and cumin powder. Fry for 1 minute
Add Ginger- garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes
Add Brinjal pieces and cook covered for 10 minutes on low flame
After 10 minutes, brinjal will be cooked
Add Tomato pieces and fry for 10 minutes on low flame
Brinjal Masala Ready!! can use as side dish for roti or dosa or rice
