Cabbage Pakkoda is a crunchy and tasty snack recipe. It is very simple and quick to make. This is a perfect evening snack with hot cup of tea in the cold weather.
Get ready with besan flour, rice flour, chilly powder, salt, chopped cabbage, onions, green chillies.
Take a large mixing bowl, add Besan flour, rice flour, salt, cabbage, onions, green chillies, chilly powder, little oil and mix well and rest it for 10 minutes.
Mix well and rest it for 10 minutes as onions and Cabbage will shed the moisture.
Now add little water, mix well and make it as a smooth dough.
Heat oil in a pan, make a small balls of the mixture and deep fry it.
Serve it hot with or without Coconut Chutney.
