Get ready with i cup cashew nuts 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons of ghee. In a mixie jar, powder 1 cup raw cashews (dont use frozen cashews. keep at room temperature)
In a nonstick pan, take 1/2 cup sugar.
Add little water to cover the sugar. keep stirring for 5 minutes on medium flame to form thick syrup.
Add cashew powder to the sugar syrup. Stir for 3 minutes (till no lumps)
Add 2 tsp ghee and stir till it starts to become solid.
Now remove from stove and spread the mix on a greased plate.
Cut it to desired shape.
Within 10 minutes it will harden to a burfi.
