Ingredients
- 1 cup cashewnuts, few curry leaves, oil for frying
- 1 cup besan, 1/4cup rice flour,salt, 1 teaspoon chilli powder
Method
- In a bowl, add 1 cup gram flour(besan)
- Add 1/4 cup rice flour, salt, chilli powder and curry leaves
- Sprinkle little water and make thick dough
- Make small balls and deep fry in oil
- Add 1 cup cashews..mix well.
- Cashewnut pakoda is ready
