CHOCOLATE BROWNIE CAKE

Chocolate Brownie cake is a tasty and easy snack recipe liked by all ages. Here is a stepwise procedure to make it easily in our kitchen

Ingredients

Add 1 cup powdered sugar into a mixing bowl

Add melted butter

Mix butter and sugar powder to a smooth paste

Add flour through a sieve

Add curd

Mix well into a smooth batter

Add chocolate essence

Add chocolate syrup.

Mix to a smooth batter

Add baking soda

Add baking powder

Mix well and pour the batter into a greased baking tin

Remove the whistle, gasket from the lid of a pressure cooker. Do not pour water into the cooker. Place an empty tin in the bottom. Pre-heat the cooker for 10 minutes so no moisture is left. Then insert the cake batter tin into the cooker. Close the lid and bake on medium flame for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes, open the cooker lid and check. insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake and see to that its not wet. If wet, cover the lid back and allow 5 or 10 more minutes till the cake is done.

Cut it into slices and serve . Chocolate brownie cake ready. You can pour some chocolate syrup on the top before serving

  • All-purpose flour or maida- 1.5 cups
  • Powdered sugar- 1cup
  • Curd -1 cup
  • Butter-100gm
  • Chocolate syrup-1/4 cup
  • Chocolate essence -1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon

Method

  5. Add chocolate essence and syrup and mix evenly
  6. Add the baking soda and baking power and mix the batter well and pour into a greased baking tin
