Ingredients
- Grated coconut-1 cup
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Sugar-1/4 cup
- cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ghee -1 teaspoon
Method
- In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tsp ghee,
- add 1 cup grated coconut ,fry for a minute,
- add 1/2 cup milk, 1/4cup sugar, 1tsp cardamom powder.
- keep stirring on low flame till all the milk is absorbed..
- Cool the mix and make laddoos
