Ingredients

  • Grated coconut-1 cup
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Sugar-1/4 cup
  • cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee -1 teaspoon

Method

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tsp ghee,
  2. add 1 cup grated coconut ,fry for a minute,
  3. add 1/2 cup milk, 1/4cup sugar, 1tsp cardamom powder.
  4. keep stirring on low flame till all the milk is absorbed..
  5. Cool the mix and make laddoos
