CURRY LEAVES ADAI

Curry Leaves (karuveppillai in Tamil) adai, curry leaves adai recipe made with rice, toor Daland and curry leaves is a healthy and filling tiffin suitable for breakfast.

Soak rice, Toor dal along with red chillies for 3 hours.

Wash and drain fresh curry leaves.

Transfer soaked rice and dal to a Blender. Add Cumin seeds.

Grind it along with curry leaves.

Heat tawa, cook both sides in a medium flame (for 3mins) with gingelly oil. Serve with coconut chutney.

  • Rar rice - 1 cup
  • Toor dal - 1/2 cup
  • Red chillies - 6
  • Curry Leaves - 1 cup (tightly packed)
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

Method
