Dry fruits laddu is a quick and easy recipe. This tasty sweet made without sugar.This is very healthy especially for growing girls. In a pan, heat 1 tsp of ghee and fry dates until it becomes soft. Then one by one , fry almonds, Walnuts, cashews separately.Leave it to cool.
Grind dates separately, and other nuts separately so that it breaks into tiny pieces.
Now add the grindeed dates to to the broken nuts.
Add 1 teaspoon of melted ghee and make balls.
