It is an instant healthy dosa, enriched with spinach and ginger and goodness of Atta makes a complete breakfast.It is very simple and easy recipe.
Wash and drain spinach leaves. Peel and wash ginger piece.
In a pan , heat butter, add Cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies, spinach leaves, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Let it cool down, make it into a paste using a Blender/Mixer.
In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, salt and spinach paste, required water and mix it in a dosa batter consistency.
Heat tawa / iron pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread evenly.
Drizzle oil.
Cook both side.
