Maa laddoo is a delicious and healthy sweet made from roasted gram dal (Pottu kadalai) It can be made on all the occasions. It is a very quick and easy ladoo recipe made with few ingredients which are easily available in our kitchen. Let us see how to make this delicious sweet.
In the mixer, add fried grams and grind to a fine powder.
Sieve the powdered fried gram and the powdered sugar.
Mix well the powdered fried gram,cardamom powder and the powdered sugar.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp of ghee and fry the cashews, add it to the ladoo mixture.
Heat the rest of the ghee and add to the ladoo mixture.
Mix the ladoo powder and ghee well , start making ladoo’s.
Maa laddoo is ready. Store it in an air-tight container.
