Mango rice is a classic dish made of cooked rice, freshly grated raw mango and spices to give a nice tangy and flavorful rice just like lemon rice or tamarind rice.
Ingredients
Drizzle gingelly oil and throw curry leaves on cooked hot rice and leave it to cool.
Heat oil and season with mustard, peanuts, channa dal, urad dal, green and red chillies, curry leaves
Add Hing, turmeric powder .
Add grated mango and sauté for 5 minutes on low flame
Add cooked rice
Add methi(fenugreek) powder and salt . Mix well
Mango rice ready.

Really a great dish and looks mouth watering! I was not aware so many benefits of mango! But mango is considered to be hot and particularly for hot bodies it produces boils contradictory to what you have mentioned. Please do clarify as then I can make my son eat !
