Methi Paratha, Methi Thepla or Fenugreek Paratha is a healthy and tasty flat bread made up of wheat flour, fresh fenugreek leaves and other spices. These delecious parathas are rich in iron and ideal for lunch boxes.
» Finely chop methi (fenugreek) leaves and wash well
» Add wheat flour
» Add besan and required salt
» Add turmeric power and red chilly powder
» Add kasurimethi and curd
» Pour 2 tablespoons of refined oil.
» Knead everything together with required warm water to a soft dough consistency.
» Cover it with a damp cloth and rest for 20 minutes
» Make small balls and roll it very thin in the shape of chapathi. Fry it on the pan like we make chapathi
