PANEER BHURJI

PANEER BHURJI is a tasty and healthy north indian breakfast dish that can be eaten as such or as side dish for chapatti/roti etc. .BHURJI means scrambled .In this dish paneer is scrambled and used. This dish can be made in less than 30 minutes.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add cumin and fry till aroma comes

Add finely chopped onion,salt and green chillies.Fry till onion is cooked

Add curry leaves and garlic ginger paste and fry till raw flavour goes away.

Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and garam masala powder and fry for a minute

Add finely chopped tomato and saute well till it turns soft n mushy

Add crumbled paneer , mix well and cook covered on low flame for 5 minutes

Garnish with coriander leaves

Paneer Burji ready. serve with chapatti or dosa or rice

Ingredients

  • Paneer crumbled -1 cup (200gms)
  • Onion -1 big finely chopped
  • Tomato -1 medium finely chopped
  • Green chilli-1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves- for garnishing
  • Garlic ginger paste -1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt -1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil-2 tablespoons
  • Curry leaves

Method
