Soak equal quantities of Toor dal, Channa dal along with red chillies for 1 hr
Add little water and grind coarsely along with Hing/asafoetida and salt.
Mix it with steam cooked vegetables like plantain flower, cluster beans, cabbage, french beans, broad beans, etc.
Season mustard seeds and methi seeds in a heavy bottom pan (kadai) and saute the mixture. It’s done!
