PIZZA PARATHA is a tasty evening snack that can also be used as tiffin box recipe. It uses wheat flour that is healthier than regular pizza base and has all the vegetables sealed inside that will make kids eat vegetables without removing them as in regular pizza .
In a bowl, add grated cheese, onion, capsicum, chilli flakes and herbs and mix them well. This is the pizza stuffing.
Take a big portion of chapatti dough, roll into thick chapatti, apply pizza sauce, place filling in the middle.
Take the edge of the chapatti and start pleating and bring to the centre. Join and secure tight.
Dust with dry flour.
Place the paratha on the hot pan and roast both sides like chapathi. Use oil to fry.
PIZZA PARATHA ready. Cut like pizza sectors and serve hot
