Ingredients
- Raw Papaya slightly orange colour
- Grated coconut- 2 tablespoons
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon urad dal
- 3 red chillies, few curry leaves
- 5 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Method
- Remove the skin of papaya and grate like carrot
- In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and season mustard, garlic, chillies, cumin, urad dal and curry leaves
- Add the grated papaya, salt and cook covered on low flame for 15 min
- Garnish with grated coconut and switch off the stove.. healthy sidedish ready
