RICE LADDOO is a very healthy and nutritional sweet that can be made easily from fresh ingredients in the kitchen. Its an instant energy booster .It stays fresh for 5 days without refrigeration
Ingredients- parboiled rice, jaggery, grated coconut
Fry rice in a dry pan
Roasted rice
Powder the rice
Powdered rice ready
Add jaggery and little water into the pan. Melt the jaggery
After 5 minutes, Jaggery syrup forms to one string consistency
Add grated coconut
After 5 minutes, Switch the stove off
Add rice powder and mix well.
Make laddoo
