Ridgegourd chutney

Serves: 5 persons
Ingredients
Ridgegourd - 1 big ridgegourd (cut into small cubes)
Tomato - 1 no
Green chillies - 1 no
Sambar onion - 2no's
Garlic - 5 pods
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves
Salt - as per our requirement.
Method
Peel the skin and cut the ridgegourd into small pieces.
Add Tomato,green chillies, Sambar onion and place it in a cooker.
No need to add water while cooking.
Cook till 2 whistle
Wait for the vegetable to cool down.
In a blender, add grated coconut,Coriander leaves, garlic and a cooked vegetables and blend it.
Tasty Ridgegourd chutney is ready.
