TRICOLOR SANDWICH

Our Indian flag is indeed an inspiring one, and kids and elders alike love the combination of energising colours on it. Let us bring those colours into a healthy sandwich and energise the children on this republic day.

Get ready with ; grated cheese, green chutney (paste of coriander leaves, green chillies and chat masala), grated carrot and veg mayonnise

Add mayonnaise to grated carrot.

Mix well.

Spread on a bread slice and keep it aside.

Spread cheese on the second slice and keep it aside.


Spread green chutney on the third slice.


Stack the slices as shown.

Grill for 4 mins.

Serve!

Ingredients

  • Bread - 1 loaf
  • Grated Carrot - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Green chillies - 2/3
  • Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala - 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Get ready with ; grated cheese, green chutney (paste of coriander leaves, green chillies and chat masala), grated carrot and veg mayonnise
  2. Add mayonnaise to grated carrot.
  3. Spread carrot and Mypnnaise mix on a bread slice and keep it aside.
  4. Spread cheese on the second slice and keep it aside.
  5. Spread green chutney on the third slice.
  6. Stack the slices as shown.
  7. Grill for 4 mins.
  8. Cut into traiangles and serve!
