WHEAT FLOUR (ATTA) LADDOO

Wheat flour laddoo or atta laddoo is prepared with wheat flour and Jaggery.  This sweet can be made instantly as the ingredients are always available at home. This healthy laddoo is a good option for after school snack or  school snack box. This easy to make sweets is also a good option for festivals like Deepavali.  Let’s learn how to make this simple and tasty laddoo.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon ghee and fry atta on lowflame for 5 minutes till raw flavour goes away.

Cool the atta. Add jaggary powder and cardamom powder

Add melted ghee and shape into laddoos.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour atta - 1 cup
  • Sugar powder- 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Melted ghee- 1/4 cup

Method

  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon ghee and fry atta on lowflame for 5 minutes till raw flavour goes away
  2. Cool the atta..add sugar powder and cardamom powder
  3. Add melted ghee and shape into laddoos
  4. Stays for 2 weeks without refrigeration
