(Chap.4, Verse 24)
In a yagna everything is Divine. The offering made to Brahma is sacred, the person offering the oblation into the divine fire is also divine. The divine goal certainly shall be reached by him who is God – conscious in all activities.
Yajna means ‘sacrifice’ and it is performed to please the God, In the vedic ritual Yagna, there is a sacrificial fire into which oblations are poured. Everything that is offered into the fire is believed to reach the Gods.
Baba says, “A Yagna is the divine postal system. The sacred fire is the post box. The offerings are the contents of the letter. The Vedic hymns are the address. The faith of the performer is the stamp on the envelope. When the letter reaches God, He blesses humanity with Peace and Prosperity.”
Everyone who lives in the constant presence of God and does all acts as dedicated to God is engaged in Yagna. Every day, perform the Yagna of pouring egotistical desires and emotions, passions, impulses and acts, into the flames of dedication and devotion.
