35. Om Shri Sai Sharanagata Traanaaya Namah
[Who saves him that surrenders.]
Baba always protects His devotees who surrender themselves completely at His feet. A devout devotee of Baba, once received a threatening letter that told the devotee to stop his bhajans in seven days, or else he would have to face death. Undeterred, the devotee with complete surrender to Swami continued his Bhajans with the confidence that the name ‘Sai’ would protect him from all dangers including this. On the fateful day, when the devotee was about to be attacked by this evil doer with a knife, suddenly, a whirlwind appeared and an invisible hand pushed the thief saving his life. Instantly, the devotee’s body was covered with Vibhoothi, an indication that Swami had saved his life. Surrender to Swami is the only resort to stay safe and happy.
