46. Om Shri Sai Mukti Pradaaya Namah
[Who is the giver of Liberation.]
Baba liberates the soul from the cycle of death and rebirth.
Subbamma was a pious lady with supreme faith in Baba. She took care of Baba’s devotees and even cooked for them. Her only wish was to have darshan of Baba when she took her last breath in life. Baba promised to fulfill her prayers.Subbamma fell extremely ill when Baba was away from Puttaparthi. She was taken to Bukkapatnam. Even in her dire status, she held on to her unshakable faith in Baba. People around her were not convinced Baba would answer her prayers as He was miles away. Later, people assumed she was dead inspite of a glow in her face. At that time, Baba rushed to Bukkapatnam. She called her name twice. She did open her eyes with tears overflowing. Bhagwan took His hands near Subbamma’s mouth and Ganges water flowed through His hand to her mouth. Her soul was liberated and her wish was fulfilled!
