Swami describes Jyoti meditation as a universal and the most effective form of meditation. It is suggested to be carried out in the early hours before dawn. This method in effect describes the movement of a Jyoti (flame) within our body and then later outside towards the rest of the world to cleanse and remove darkness and evil. This technique along with the repetition of the Lord’s name is a great first step towards spiritual progress.

This meditation session has to be conducted at a comfortable pace giving time to the meditator to visualize the movement of the flame and other aspects. With more sessions, the time of meditation can be increased to derive maximum benefits. This section contains a detailed description of the meditation and a video to help guide the session.
